After serving the City of Titusville as a Firefighter for 25 years I began my Real Estate career in 2004.  I have resided in the “Beautiful” North Brevard area for 30 years. I know the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions,  & local economy. There are many reasons why I enjoy helping people with their real estate needs. First and foremost is the deep satisfaction I get from helping them realize their dreams and get through the major transition that accompanies buying and selling Real Estate.

Recently Peggy and I have become 203k Loan Specialists.  With a 203k loan, there are more properties to choose from and the buyer can select what improvements they want for their new home.
